What's the difference between Avia and AviaIntel?
Avia is the AI aviation copilot — a chat assistant for aircraft, airports, weather, regulations, and flight planning. AviaIntel adds the insurance intelligence engine: structured, FAA-verified, scored analysis of aircraft, pilots, airports, submissions, and policies. AviaIntel plans include Avia chat.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first paid subscription includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required to start. It ends automatically with no charge unless you add a payment method to continue. Avia has a free plan too.
Is it really unlimited? What's the catch?
Paid plans have no credit limits and no overage charges — your bill is your subscription price. The fair-use policy only means that an exceptionally heavy month is paced rather than stopped: deep analyses ease to standard depth first, then responses get briefer and slightly slower. Chat never stops, nothing is cut off, and a Boost Pack restores full speed instantly. Most customers never encounter pacing at all. The full policy is Section 5 of the Subscription Agreement & Terms of Use.

A one-time, prepaid credit pack that restores full speed whenever fair-use pacing begins. Boost credits never expire, pool across your organization, and are purchased inside your account — no subscription change needed.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, from your account's Subscriptions page. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel — changes are pro-rated and existing subscribers keep their pricing.
